How is Elite Pianist delivered to our residents?

Every community is different. During onboarding, we’ll work with your program coordinator to determine the most practical approach for your residents and staff. Depending on your community, that may include staff-presented group programming, individual resident access, or both.

What does our team need to present a performance?

A community space and an internet-connected television, projector or computer. There is no performer travel to coordinate and no production setup to arrange — your team gathers residents, and we provide the program.

What’s included in the membership?

Live experiences with the artist and the resident Q&A that comes with them, the expanding performance library, Main View and Overhead View where available, viewing rights for community programming, group viewing, individual resident access where appropriate, hybrid delivery and customized onboarding with your program coordinator.

How do live experiences work?

A live experience is scheduled in advance, so it can go on your calendar and residents have something to anticipate. Your team gathers residents in a community space and presents it; each piece is briefly introduced with the title and composer, Jeremy performs it in full, and after the performance he discusses the music and takes questions from the room.

Can residents ask Jeremy questions?

Yes. During live experiences, residents have the opportunity to interact with Jeremy and ask questions directly — about the music, the composer, or a life spent at the piano.

How does the performance library work?

Programs join the library as they are performed, and your community can return to one whenever it fits the calendar. Replay programming and the multi-camera experience are available on selected performances rather than on every program.

Can we use Elite Pianist across multiple communities?

An institutional membership covers one community location. Operators with several communities can arrange portfolio-wide access and onboarding with us directly, in writing — that is the conversation the operator button above asks for.

How is billing handled?

Elite Pianist for Senior Living is $199 per month for the community, or $1,990 per year, paid in advance and renewing automatically until the community cancels. Most communities start it themselves from the membership options on this page, which are handled by Stripe; billing can also be arranged directly with The Elite Pianist and set up with your community during onboarding. Either way it is one membership for one community, billed to the community, and separate from the individual memberships offered to consumers.

Can we cancel?

Yes — there is no long-term commitment. A community cancels by writing to support@elitepianist.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the period already paid for.

A community in its first thirty days has more than that: a new facility’s initial Senior Living payment is covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, so a refund of that payment can be requested at the same address within 30 calendar days of the purchase.
