The Experience

More Than a Concert. An Experience Your Residents Can Be Part Of.

The Elite Pianist transforms a traditional classical piano concert into an interactive cultural experience. Each program combines extraordinary piano performance with the fascinating stories, history, and ideas behind the music.

And when the performance ends, your residents become part of the conversation. Residents can ask questions about the music, composers, piano performance, and anything else that captured their curiosity.

One Evening

One Experience. Three Dimensions.

  • Performance

Residents experience extraordinary classical piano repertoire.

  • Story

The music is brought to life through engaging discussion of the composers, history, and circumstances surrounding the works.

  • Conversation

Residents have an opportunity to interact with the pianist and ask questions following the program.

Replay Programming

The Experience Doesn’t Have to End When the Concert Does.

Selected experiences are available as replay programming, so a performance your residents enjoyed can be revisited on your community’s own schedule — for residents who could not attend the original event, for a second showing on another floor or in another neighborhood, or simply because they asked to hear it again.

Main View

Experience the concert from the traditional audience vantage point.

Overhead View

Watch the pianist’s hands and technique directly above the keyboard.

On supported performances, viewers can switch seamlessly between Main View and Overhead View during the replay. Replay programming and the multi-camera experience are available on selected performances rather than on every program.

Juilliard-Trained
Carnegie Hall Soloist
International Concert Artist

Critically acclaimed as “a clear technical virtuoso,” “a rare talent” and “a true Wunderkind,” Chicago-born Jeremy Ajani Jordan first performed a concerto in a live televised broadcast at the age of nine — Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1. Following studies at The Juilliard School, where he received undergraduate and graduate degrees on the Van Cliburn and Irene Diamond scholarships, he made his solo Carnegie Hall debut and won the 2006 Steinway Concerto Competition.

Jordan has performed and recorded with the Chicago Sinfonietta and the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, appeared on the radio program From The Top — including From The Top: Live from Carnegie Hall — and played Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, Tokyo Opera City, Prague’s Rudolfinum and Chicago’s Ravinia Festival, as well as appearances for the United Nations Arts Council. He is also a composer whose work has been featured on National Public Radio.

Why This Works for Residents

Jeremy does not simply perform and leave. He plays, he explains what your residents are hearing — the composers, the history and the stories behind the music — and then he answers their questions directly. Performance, musical knowledge, storytelling and real interaction in the same program, from the same person.

Why We Work This Way

Experience That Started Long Before Elite Pianist.

Elite Pianist’s connection to senior communities isn’t an afterthought. During graduate school, Jeremy was a Gluck Community Service Fellow, performing live recitals regularly in assisted living and healthcare settings across New York City’s five boroughs for two years.

That experience provided firsthand exposure to something that still guides our approach today: every community is different. The residents, level of independence, programming needs and environment can vary significantly from one community to another.

That is why Elite Pianist doesn’t ask every community into the same delivery model. We work with your program coordinator to determine what makes sense for your residents — facilitated community programming, individual access where appropriate, or a combination of both.

An Institutional Membership

More Than a Streaming Subscription. A Musical Experience Designed Around Your Community.

No two communities are exactly alike. Some residents thrive on shared experiences, while others value the freedom to enjoy music independently. We’ll work with your program coordinator to determine the best way to bring Elite Pianist to your residents.

  • One membership, your community’s way
  • Licensed for community viewing
  • Customized onboarding
  • Community programming
  • Individual resident access where appropriate
  • Flexible delivery, built around your residents

Facilitated Programming

Bring world-class piano performances into activity rooms, lounges, theaters and other shared spaces with programming facilitated by your team.

Individual Resident Access

Where individual access makes sense, eligible residents can enjoy Elite Pianist independently on their own devices.

A Flexible Combination

Use both. Create shared musical experiences for your community while giving appropriate residents the freedom to explore Elite Pianist individually.

We Help You Get Started

During onboarding, we’ll work directly with your program coordinator to determine the setup that makes the most sense for your residents, staff and community.

Can we just use an individual Elite Pianist membership for our residents?

Individual memberships are designed for individual use. Elite Pianist for Senior Living is an institutional membership designed for resident programming at your community. It includes institutional viewing rights, customized onboarding and flexible delivery that can include facilitated community programming, individual resident access where appropriate, or a combination of both.

How is Elite Pianist delivered to our residents?

Every community is different. During onboarding, we’ll work with your program coordinator to determine the most practical approach for your residents and staff. Depending on your community, that may include staff-facilitated programming, individual resident access, or both.

An institutional membership covers one community location, and purchasing one means agreeing to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Institutional Viewing License.
